Please fill out the form as completely as possible. A few things to consider:
- When selecting a paper, please note that posters are usually printed on the Satin Photo paper (which has a matte finish) while the Glossy Photo paper is primarily used for other large format documents like photographs.
- At the end of the form you'll have the option to attach the file for your poster or document. If the file is too large to be attached there, please bring it to the Innovation Lab & Makerspace on a thumb drive.
- We do request at least one week's notice but may be able to print posters and large documents sooner. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to print your poster in less than a week for a variety of reasons (e.g. we may have a long list of posters to print) so please do not wait until the last minute to submit your request.
- If you need to cancel your poster request, please email us as soon as possible.
When you submit the form, library faculty receive your request via email and will print your poster. Library faculty may be in contact with you if we notice a problem but do not generally check posters for image quality, etc. before printing. You will receive an email when your poster is available for pick up at the Library.
