If you are able to log in to Interlibrary Loan but are prompted to complete a registration form and are unable to submit the form due to an "Invalid Session ID" error (or similar wording), email us at ill@snhu.edu.

Please mention in the email that you are unable to register due to an "Invalid Session ID" and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
