You can access the IT Help Desk chat feature from IT's service portal, you will be prompted to log in using your my.snhu information(We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access) or by using the direct link "Chat with Technology Help Desk."

You can also access the chat by going through My.SNHU:

  1. Log into my.snhu.edu
  2. Find the "Service Portal" link under "Applications on the right side of the page

  3. On the service portal, select the "IT Solutions" Tab

  4. Scroll down to find "Ready to chat with the Technology Help Desk?" and start your chat!

You can also contact the Help Desk by calling 1.855.877.9919.  Phone support is available 24/7/365.  You can also submit a ticket with the IT help desk.
