To submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk, you can Open Ticket.

You can access IT's Service Portal and ticket system in the future by going through My.SNHU:

  1. Log into my.snhu.edu
  2. Find the "Service Portal" link under "Applications on the right side of the page

  3. On the service portal, select the "IT Solutions" Tab

  4. Scroll down to find "Need Tech Support?" and open your ticket by select "Open Ticket"
