If you are using the library's multi-search (the main search box on the library's homepage) and after clicking on "Full Text Finder" the screen opens up to a white blank screen check to see if there is a ribbon near the top of the page. In the middle of the ribbon the text "If the page does not display, then open the page in a new window" should appear with a hyperlink to the article. Click on that link and the article should open in a new window or tab.
