To clear your browser's cache & cookies please follow these directions after closing all browser windows and opening a new one on a non-SNHU site (e.g. google.com):

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to "Internet Options".
  2. On the “General” tab, click “Delete” under “Browsing History”,  and check “Temporary Internet Files and Website Files” and “Cookies and Website Data”.
  3. Then click “Delete”. Click “OK” when the progress bar has completed (this may take some time).
  4. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Firefox

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and click on "History".
  2. Click “Clear Recent History”.
  3. Click in the box next to "Time range to clear" and select "everything" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select "Cookies" and "Cache" and click "Clear Now"
  5. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Safari

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to "Preferences".
  2. Click on "Privacy" and then "Remove All Website Data...".
  3. Click "Remove Now" if prompted. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Chrome

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to "History".
  2. Click on "Clear Browsing Data" and check the boxes next to "Cookies and Other Site and Plugin Data" and "Cached Images and Files".
  3. From the drop down next to "Obliterate the following items from:" choose "The Beginning of Time".
  4. Click "Clear Browsing Data". Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Please note that the above directions apply to newer versions of these browsers. Specific directions, locations and names of links may vary somewhat depending on the version of a browser you are running.
