Some library resources, such as the "Your Library Account" area and Interlibrary Loan require a separate login or password. Some databases also require an additional login, beyond your mySNHU login, in order to access the database (databases that require an additional login will have a icon and directions in the description for logging in).
If you are being sent back to the mySNHU login page this may be due to a "cookie" being stored on your computer. The IT Help Desk recommends the following steps:
- Log out of mySNHU.
- Clear the cookies and history in your browser.
- Close your browser.
- Reopen your browser and log back into mySNHU
