If staff sees an issue with the digital model you want to print we will let you know as soon as possible. 

However, if we attempt to print your object but if the print fails for whatever reason we will attempt to print your object up to three times.

After the third attempt we will notify you that the print has failed and can work with you to consider an alternative object or design.
