Are you are using your full SNHU email address (for example: Your password should be the same as you mySNHU log in password.

You may also want to check the status of the Interlibrary Loan system to determine if the problem may be due to a known issue that we are working to correct, if the Interlibrary Loan system may be down or disrupted for maintenance, if there is an outage, etc.

Please note that if it is your first time using Interlibrary Loan, when you log in you will be prompted to fill out a brief registration form.
