In order to place items on reserve, faculty members need to complete and submit a Reserve Request Form.  Forms can also be picked up at the information desk. Incomplete or illegible forms will delay processing.  Forms will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and should be submitted at least two weeks before students will need access to the material.

In order to expedite your request, faculty members should bring all items to be placed on Reserve to the information desk along with the completed Reserve Request Form.  However, if you are unable to find a book that the library owns, the library staff will help you locate it.  If you would like to request that the library purchase a book needed for Reserve, please contact your school’s library liaison or the Information Desk at circulation@snhu.edu or 603-645-9605.  Please note that it can take between four and eight weeks to complete book orders, so please plan accordingly.

Reserve staff are available Monday - Friday.  Materials will not be processed on weekends or weeknights. Materials will be taken off reserve at the end of the semester unless an earlier date is specified by the instructor.
