Yes! You can chat live with an SNHU librarian during the library's reference hours.
A 24/7 chat service is available for SNHU students, faculty, and staff who need assistance outside of the library's reference hours. If you are using the 24/7 Chat with a Librarian service outside of normal hours, you will be chatting with a librarian from another academic institution or from a national 24/7 cooperative reference service. SNHU librarians may follow up on those chats with additional information after your chat with a non-SNHU librarian. Please note that non-SNHU librarians do not have access to your library account information. Click here for additional information about this service.
From the library homepage, you can start chatting with a librarian by clicking on the "Chat 24/7 with a LIbrarian" button located near the right side of the page. Chat buttons are also located on several databases for easy access.
