ScienceDirect only functions correctly using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9.x, 10.x and 11.x and with browsers running on Microsoft Windows operating systems.
If you are trying to open an article in ScienceDirect after you have logged in with your SNHU email and you are asked to "pay" for the article, we suggest changing to one of the supported version of Microsoft Internet Explorer listed above.
