If you are using Internet Explorer 8 and do not see the "Accept" button at the end of the license agreement, go to the browser’s "Tools," select "Advanced" and then check the box at the bottom next to “Automatically recover from page layout errors with Compatibility View.

If none of the above suggestions resolved the issue, try checking the status of RIA Checkpoint to determine if the problem may be due to a known issue that we are working to correct, if RIA Checkpoint may be down or disrupted for maintenance, if there is an outage, etc. or report the problem.
