Using Library Resources with a Screen Reader

Answer

Using Library Resources with a Screen Reader

The majority of the vendors used by the library comply with current W3C accessibility standards. The best internet browser to use with your screen reader is Mozilla Firefox, as it follows ARIA standards. Unless directed by your accommodations specialist or technology support person, we recommend using Firefox with the library's resources.

Some of the vendors used by the library supply shortcuts and other accessibility features for their databases and collections. This information can be found on the Library Accessibility Information page specific to that database.
