Films on Demand (InfoBase) includes subscribed content with unlimited user access. Titles reviewed and removed by the vendor twice a year in June and December, the library can check the admin dashboard at these times to see the list. 

Recommendation: Use the videos and if the title gets pulled librarians can help look for replacements.

 Some Risk   There is some risk to using these videos in the LMS, as the vendor or publisher can pull these from the database. High enroll classes have had issues with view caps on InfoBase videos.

Shapiro library acquires material using a variety of licenses and access models. Some of these models are better suited to long term use as learning resources in the LMS. Film and video resources tend to be higher cost and have a shorter lifespan. Before you use material from this database in the LMS, please consider the license, access model, and recommendation above.
