If you are unable to open an article you found using one of the library's databases, there could be several causes.

If there is an option "Full Text Finder," that should lead you to the full-text of the article.

However, the article you are trying to open might not be available in full text. Some of our databases include only citation information for articles, not the full article, in which case you would need to request the article via Interlibrary Loan This link opens in a new window.

Check the status of the database you are trying to use to determine if the problem may be due to a known issue that we are working to correct, if the database may be down or disrupted for maintenance, if there is an outage, etc.

Visit our Troubleshooting Tips page for more information and if you continue receiving an error message when you try to open the article, please report the problem to us.
