The Shapiro Library provides help for all students, faculty, and staff with conducting research, learning the research process, and using library resources. Choose the option for help that best fits your needs:
24/7 Library Chat
Our 24/7 Library Chat is our fastest way to get help. Connect with our trained SNHU student worker support team or contracted librarians to work through your research questions. You can start a chat here or by clicking on the bright yellow “24/7 Library Chat” button on the top right side of any library page.
You can email the library team at ask@snhu.libanswers.com, and a librarian will reply within 24 hours to work with you on an answer to your question.
FAQs
Our FAQs provide answers to common research questions such as how to cite AI in APA and how to narrow down a research topic. You can search for FAQs from the FAQ box on the library homepage, or by accessing the FAQ page.
Research Guides
The library has a large collection of Research Guides built by our librarians to provide curated resources and help based on subjects, courses, or general topics.
