To submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk, you can Open Ticket.
You can access IT's Service Portal and ticket system in the future by going through mySNHU:
- Log into my.snhu.edu
- Find the "Service Portal" link under "Applications on the right side of the page
- On the service portal, select the "IT Solutions" Tab
- Scroll down to find "Need Tech Support?" and open your ticket by select "Open Ticket"
