FAQ: Where can I access, and how do I use, Euromonitor Passport?

Accessing Euromonitor Passport

You can access Euromonitor Passport This link opens in a new window by following these steps:

1. Select A-Z Database List on the library homepage under "Quick Links"
2. Choose "E" from the alphabet
3. Find "Euromonitor Passport" on the list of databases available there.

When you first access Euromonitor Passport you will have to create an account.

Using the Euromonitor Passport Database

Basic Search

1. Type your keywords (such as company name or industry) into the search box.  If you know before searching that you are only interested in statistics or analysis, you can use the drop down to the left of the search box to select your choice.  
2. Click the GO button.
3. Results always open to the statistics page, use the navigation tabs to switch to other content. 
4. Use the menu on the left side of the results screen to narrow your results by geography, category, date, and more.

Browse Search 

Use the Navigation bar at the top of the Euromonitor Passport homepage to find options to browse:

• Industries 
• Channels
• Products
• Consumers 
• Economies

Each of these categories opens to a new navigation bar that allows you to browse content in a variety of topic areas.  For example, if we select the Industries tab from the top navigation bar, we then see the following choices:

Euromonitor Passport produces data and analysis on thousands of products and services. You can find both statistics and analysis in this database.
