1. Type your keywords into the Health and Medicine search box. 
2. From your search results, click on the title of an article or other material to see information about the resource and the full text.
3. Above the full text, in the top right navigation bar, there is a "Download" button where you can get the PDF, and a "Cite" button to get a full citation in APA, MLA, or Chicago Style.

Advanced Search

To further limit your results look to the right side of the results page in the Filter Your Results box. There are options to narrow results by publication date range, subject, document type, even an option to search within the set of results.
