FAQ: How do I get a bookstore voucher?

Students who receive financial aid can receive bookstore vouchers. This article details how to receive a voucher if it has been lost or forgotten.

Detailed Instructions

1. Access the SNHU Online Bookstore This link opens in a new window
2. Click Voucher

   

3. Click "Need this emailed again?"

   

4. Enter a Student ID and click "Send My Voucher ID."

   

5. Check SNHU e-mail for the voucher ID.
6. Once you have your voucher ID, go to the Student Financial Aid Voucher page This link opens in a new window and you can log in with your student ID and voucher ID.
7. Once logged in, you will see the details of your voucher, what is covered, and the expiration date. From there you proceed through checkout, adding your course materials to your cart as you normally would.
8. If your order total is more than your eligible voucher funds, or if certain items are not covered, you can enter a credit or debit card to cover the remaining balance.
