FAQ: Where can I find JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association)?

You can find the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) by searching in the Periodical Finder This link opens in a new window. 

1. Start on the library homepage.
2. Click on the "Find Articles, eBooks, & More" menu.
3. Select "Periodical Finder" in the drop down menu.
    

   

4. Enter "JAMA" in the search box and either click the "Search" button or select "JAMA: Journal of the American Medical Association" in the suggested searches.
    

   

5. Click on "American Medical Association" (as of March 2024, the Shapiro Library has access to JAMA from 1/07/1998 - Present).
    

   

6. You will be able to browse the journal's issues, do a keyword search, or find a specific article.
