You can track the status your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests by logging into your Interlibrary Loan user portal. You will be able to view the status under the Interlibrary Loan Requests tab.
If your item has arrived and is available for pickup, you will receive a notification email at your SNHU email address with the subject line “Loan Available for Pickup”.
If you have requested your item be delivered to your home address, or to the Millyard or Elm Street office locations, you will receive an email when your item has been sent, whether via Priority Mail or intercampus delivery.
