Soomo is an interactive e-textbook provider that SNHU uses for several of its courses.
To register for Soomo you must first purchase a passkey (or access code) from the SNHU online bookstore This link opens in a new window. Once purchased, you should receive the passkey code via email. Generally, the bookstore will email you the passkey within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam. If you still do not see it, please call the bookstore at (844) 602-9861 for assistance.
Once you have obtained your passkey, register for Soomo by clicking the My eMaterials link in the Soomo module of your course in Brightspace.
NOTE: You must turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to access your resource. If you do not turn it off, the webpage will appear to refresh, or it will direct you to the course home screen when you click the My eMaterials link.
For guidance on Soomo-related issues, consult the Soomo Student Help Center This link opens in a new window. If you have a course-specific question, contact your instructor or the SNHU Help Desk at 1.855.877.9919.
