What is the Online Library Catalog?

The Online Library Catalog is a searchable list of all the print resources the library has in addition to some electronic resources. You will find records for the following types of sources in the Online Library Catalog:

  • print books
  • print journals
  • print newspapers
  • video games
  • audio books
  • DVDs
  • some streaming video
  • some eBooks 

What is Your Library Account in the Online Library Catalog?

Your Library Account in the Online Library Catalog is where you can:

  • see what print materials you currently have checked out and their due dates.
  • renew the print materials you have checked out.
  • request a print book or other material be mailed to you.

Using the Online Library Catalog

The Catalog is Most Useful For

  • Searching the library's entire print collection, including books, print journals and newspapers, DVDs, video games, and some electronic resources like streaming videos and eBooks.

Catalog Limitations

  • The catalog does not include scholarly articles in either print or electronic form. It does include scholarly journals in print owned by the library. Use the Multi-Search This link opens in a new window or the databases on the A-Z Databases list for scholarly articles.
  • The catalog does not include a database record for ALL eBooks the library provides access to. To see the complete collection of eBooks available, search individual databases from the A - Z Databases list, or view What if I Just Want eBooks?
