To clear your browser's cache & cookies please follow these directions after closing all browser windows and opening a new one on a non-SNHU site (e.g. google.com):

Chrome

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to "Settings".
  2. Scroll down and click "Advanced" to show more options.
  3. Under the "Privacy and security" area, Click on "Clear browsing data".
  4. A pop-up will appear:
    • Select "All time" from the "Time Range" options.
    • Check the boxes next to "Cookies and Other Site and Plugin Data" and "Cached Images and Files".
  5. Click "Clear data".
  6. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Firefox

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and click on "Options" (a new tab will open).
  2. Click “Privacy & Security” from the left-hand side options.
  3. Scroll down until you see "Cookies and Site Data".
  4. Select "Clear Data..."
    • Select the "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" options.
  5. Click Clear.
  6. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Safari

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to "Preferences".
  2. Click on "Privacy" and then "Remove All Website Data...".
  3. Click "Remove Now" if prompted. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Edge

  1. Click on the The settings icon (three horizontal dots) in the Edge browser. icon (to the right of the address bar).
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Under "Clear browsing data" click on "Choose what to clear."
  4. Select different options including:
    • "Cookies and saved website data"
    • "Cached data and files"
  5. Click "Clear" 
  6. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar).
  2. Hover over "Safety."
  3. Click on "Delete browsing history..." (first option)
  4. A pop-up with different options will appear. 
    • Make sure to select "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" are selected.
  5. Click Delete
  6. Exit out of the browser, then re-open the browser and log in to mySNHU.

Please note that the above directions apply to newer versions of these browsers. Specific directions, locations and names of links may vary somewhat depending on the version of a browser you are running.
