Pop-up blockers may prevent access to some library resources. If you are having trouble accessing or using library resources, you may want to try disabling any pop-up blockers in your browser to see if that resolves the issue. To disable pop-up blockers, please follow these directions:

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar)
  2. Go to "Internet Options"
  3. On the “Privacy” tab, uncheck the box next to "Turn on Pop-up Blocker"
  4. Click "Ok."

Firefox

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar)
  2. Go to "Options"
  3. Click on "Content" and uncheck the box next to "Block pop-up windows".

Safari

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar)
  2. Go to "Preferences" 
  3. Click on "Security" 
  4. Uncheck the box next to "Block pop-up windows".

Chrome

  1. Click on the Settings Icon icon (to the right of the address bar)
  2. Go to "Settings" 
  3. Under the "Privacy" area, click on the "Content Settings..." button
  4. Scroll down until you see the "Pop-ups" area and select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups."
  5. Click "Done".

Please note that the above directions apply to newer versions of these browsers. Specific directions, locations and names of links may vary somewhat depending on the version of a browser you are running.
