You can enable, disable, or alter plugins, add-ons, and extensions in your browser by following the directions below.
Please note that if you have plugins, add-ons, or extensions in your browser, and are having trouble accessing or using library resources, it's possible one of them might be interfering with the library's OpenAthens authenticator. Try disabling them one-by-one temporarily to see if that helps resolve the issues you are having:
Edge
Click on the icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to Extensions. For more information on managing add-ons in Edge: Manage add-ons in Edge This link opens in a new window (Microsoft).
Firefox
Click on the icon (to the right of the address bar) and go to Extensions and Themes. For more information on managing add-ons in Firefox: Manage preferences and add-ons Firefox This link opens in a new window (Mozilla).
Safari
Click on the Safari menu in the top right and go to Preferences. Click on Extensions. For more information on managing extensions in Safari: How to Install, Manage, and Delete Safari Extensions This link opens in a new window (Apple).
Chrome
Click on the icon (to the right of the address bar) and click on Extensions. Then select Manage Extensions. For more information on managing extensions in Chrome: Install and manage extensions in Chrome This link opens in a new window (Google).
Please note that the above directions apply to newer versions of these browsers. Specific directions, locations and names of links may vary somewhat depending on the version of a browser you are running.
If you have any additional questions you can browse the IT's service portal, chat with the IT Help Desk using their Chat with Technology Help Desk feature, or call 1.855.877.9919.
