FAQ: What is the refund/payment policy for PenmenPrint?

Your printing allotment is provided each semester/term by Southern New Hampshire University. As this allotment is free to you it cannot be refunded. If you add your own money to your PenmenPrint account this amount will be carried over to the next semester/term but also is non-refundable and non-transferable.
