On both the "Books" and "Other" ILL request forms, you have the option to select where you would like your material delivered. If you click the “Where would you like this item delivered” dropdown menu, you can select from the following options:
- Mail to Address (Off-Campus/Online Students)
- Shapiro Library Information Desk (On-Campus Students)
- Millyard offices (faculty/staff only)
- Elm St offices (faculty/staff only)
Shapiro Library Info Desk
After receiving the Loan Available for Pickup email, you may pick up your requested material at the Shapiro Library Information Desk, located on the 1st floor of the Wolak Library Learning Commons. Please be prepared to provide your SNHU ID card. Material that is not picked up promptly will be returned to the lending library.
Mail to Address
We will mail your requested items to the address provided on the request form. If you request multiple items, please ensure your address is correct on each request. The Shapiro Library will pay for outgoing postage. You will be responsible for paying return postage. As the borrower, you are responsible for all items from the moment they are mailed from Shapiro Library until the moment they are received back at Shapiro Library. This responsibility includes the physical condition of items and any replacement or processing costs that may be incurred. The Library will include a pre-addressed Library Mail return label as well as a prepaid FedEx return shipping label in the package for the borrower’s convenience. We highly recommend adding USPS Tracking to packages or using a parcel delivery service (e.g., FedEx or UPS) for returns.
Millyard and Elm Street
SNHU faculty and staff who work at the Millyard and Elm Street locations in Manchester, NH are the only users who may select this option. We will send your items to you via intercampus mail. You may return their materials to Shapiro Library via intercampus mail (please specify "Shapiro Library – ILL" on the packaging), in person at Shapiro Library, or via postal mail.

NOTE: Please check your SNHU email at least daily until you receive your copy request or your loan request is returned. We may need to contact you for clarification or updates about your request.
