FAQ: How are interlibrary loan articles delivered?

NOTE: If you currently have an open Interlibrary Loan request, please CHECK YOUR SNHU EMAIL every day in case we need to contact you about your request. Due to current reduced staffing, we recommend allowing the maximum time possible for processing your ILL requests.

Articles and book chapters will be delivered electronically. When your request is filled, you will receive an email with the subject line Article available in Article Exchange.  You may click the link in the email and enter the included password to view the article immediately, or you may log in to your ILL user portal This link opens in a new window and click the Available to view link next to the request information.

NOTE: Please check your SNHU email at least daily until you receive your copy request or your loan request is returned. We may need to contact you for clarification or updates about your request.
