Books and media may be returned to the Information Desk at Shapiro Library. Faculty and staff from the Millyard and Elm Street office locations may return their materials to Shapiro Library via intercampus mail (please specify Shapiro Library – ILL on the packaging), in person at Shapiro Library, or via postal mail.
Off-campus borrowers can return books and media in their original packaging using the provided pre-paid postage and pre-addressed return mailing label. The borrower is responsible for all items from the moment they are mailed from Shapiro Library until the moment they are received back at Shapiro Library. This responsibility includes the physical condition of items and any replacement or processing costs that may be incurred. The Library highly recommends adding USPS Tracking to packages or using a parcel delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for returns.
Please return materials to:
ILL Office, Shapiro Library
Southern New Hampshire University
2500 N. River Road
Manchester, NH 03106
NOTE: Please check your SNHU email at least daily until you receive your copy request or your loan request is returned. We may need to contact you for clarification or updates about your request.
For more information, please view our ILL FAQs.
Still have questions or concerns? You can contact the Interlibrary Loan Office via email at ill@snhu.edu.
