If you are unable to log in to my.snhu.edu, it may mean you need to reset your password. You can reset your password by using the self-service password reset tool. The link is located on the mySNHU sign in page under the Submit button.

Screenshot of the link that will allow all SNHU users (faculty, staff, and students) to reset their own passwords instead of contacting IT. The link is titled Use this link to create/reset your password.

You may also want to visit the SNHU systems status page for information on whether services like Brightspace, mySNHU, email, etc. are currently experiencing issues.
