FAQ: How do I get a hard/print copy of a library eBook?

You can check to see if we have a hard copy of an eBook by searching our Library Book Search. When searching the catalog for a hard copy of an eBook, look for a resource icon that says "Book" or use the Advanced Search to limit your search results to "Material Type: Books/Printed Material".
If we have a hard copy of the book and you are off-campus, we can mail you the book. For more information please visit our Off-Campus Library Services page.
If we have a book, but it is only available in an electronic format (e.i. a hard copy isn't available in our collection), then that is the only way to access the book. In most cases, we do not purchase hard copies of books we already have in an eBook format.
Additionally, if the library owns an eBook, due to national interlibrary loan standards, we are not able to request a print version from another library.
