The primary purpose of the Library Instruction Rooms (WLLC 105 and WLLC 204) are for information literacy instruction. Please contact Josh Becker at 603.668.2211 ext. 2421 or j.becker3@snhu.edu to schedule an information literacy session.
The Library Instruction Rooms do not serve as either general classrooms or as meeting spaces for campus groups. Faculty looking for a classroom to teach their class should contact the Registrar's Office at 603.645.9640 or registrar@snhu.edu. Groups looking for meeting space should contact conference services at 603.645.9612 or conferences@snhu.edu.
In limited instances, a faculty member may request that a Library Instruction Room be booked for their class to meet for research purposes (without a librarian). These meetings may occur up to three times a semester between late November and August. Faculty may not request a Library Instruction Room in September, October, and early November except for information literacy instruction with a librarian.
When not booked, Library Instruction Room 204 is open for individual student use. Room 105 is locked when not in use.
Please note:
- Walk-in classes are not permitted.
- Room booking requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- Reservations are booked once you receive a confirmation from the librarian.
- All use of the library facilities must be in accordance with the principles and mission of SNHU. The library reserves the right to refuse usage of the rooms.
Please contact Josh Becker (at 603.626.9100 ext. 2421 or j.becker3@snhu.edu) to schedule a room or for any questions you may have. It is imperative that technical software requirements are discussed with Josh before the room can be authorized for use.
