According to the APA Style Blog post "How to Cite Social Media in APA Style", you should use the following format when citing a Facebook video in APA Style.

General Format:

Author Information. (Year, Month Day). Title of video [Video file]. Retrieved from URL

For Example:

National Geographic. (2019, January 6). Mesmerizing Feather Stars [Video file]. Retrieved from https://www.facebook.com/natgeo/videos/2326276787616312/

Corresponding In-Text Citation:

(National Geographic, 2019)
