If you are getting an error message when you try to access or use library resources, there could be several causes.
If you are able to access some library resources but are having trouble using a specific one, try checking the status of the resource you are trying to use to determine if the problem may be due to a known issue that we are working to correct, if the database may be down or disrupted for maintenance, if there is an outage, etc.
If you are unable to access any library resources at all or checking the resources' status did not help, please report the issue and we'll look into the problem ASAP. Contact a librarian at firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-684-0456 if you need immediate assistance.
