How do I build a permanent or stable link to material in Vault: Career Intelligence?

1. Perform a Search in Vault:Career Intelligence and locate your desired item.
2. Click on the title to open the material.
3. Copy the URL from the top of the browser.
4. Paste the URL into the Open Athens URL and DOI generator.
5. Use the generated URL in the LMS.
