If you are trying to access an eBook through the library's Multi-Search (the main search box on the library's homepage) or eBook Collection (EBSCOhost) and you are using Safari or an Apple product (iPhone, iPad, etc) please try clearing your cookies and cache.  Instructions can be found here: How can I clear my browser's cache and cookies?

Furthermore, EBSCO recommends that you use Safari 11 and have either IOS 9 or IOS 11 installed. There have been reports of problems of PDFs opening in earlier versions of Safari and IOS 10. If you are still experiencing issues please try a different browser (EBSCO recommends FireFox) and report the problem to the library.
