One cause could be that the material you are trying to open is not available in full text. The Multi-Search may include citation information for materials that we may not have access to in full text, in which case you would need to request the article via Interlibrary Loan This link opens in a new window.
Check the status of the Multi-Search to determine if the problem may be due to a known issue that we are working to correct, or the Multi-Search may be down or disrupted for maintenance, or there is an outage, etc.
If the Multi-Search's Status is "Normal" and you are still receiving an error message when you try to access material in the Multi-Search, please report the issue and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
