FAQ: How do I access my Cengage MindTap resource in my course?

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Purchase an access code from the SNHU Online Bookstore. The access code will be emailed to you. 
2. Log in to your learning environment and select your course. 
3. Click on Course Menu > Learning Modules and then look for the link to Cengage MindTap on the left side and click on it.
4. On the next screen, create a Cengage account if you don’t already have one. Follow these steps to create an account: 
   • Enter your SNHU email address in the New Students field and click Create a New Account.
   • Enter your account information and agree to the license agreement.
   • Click Create My Account. 
5. Enter the access code you purchased from the bookstore. You now have access to your online course.  
6. To sign in to your course again later, return to Cengage MindTap by clicking the link to the reading or quiz in each module.
