If you are getting an error message when you try to access or use library resources (such as bad request, header too large, etc.), there could be several causes.

Please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. If you are still having trouble try a different browser (most databases work the best with Chrome or Firefox; however, sometimes Edge might work better).

If you are able to access some library resources but are having trouble using a specific one, try checking the status of the resource you are trying to use to determine if the problem may be due to a known issue that we are working to correct, if the database may be down or disrupted for maintenance, if there is an outage, etc.

If you are unable to access any library resources at all or checking the resources' status did not help, please Report the Issue and we'll look into the problem ASAP during normal work hours. Contact a librarian via the 24/7 Chat with a Librarian or at ask@snhu.libanswers.com if you need more immediate assistance.
