According to the MLA Style Center you will follow the format described on pages 28-29 of the MLA Handbook for an untitled source.

General format:

IntervieweeLastName, FirstName. Interview. By InterviewerFirstName LastName. Date.

For Example:

Johnson, Alexander. Interview. By Stephanie Lamb. 06 Nov. 2016.
